Microcontact printing (μCP), a cost-effective replication method, is an alternative to the conventional electron beam or X-ray lithography technique to create microstructure patterns. But the resolution problem in microcontact printed structures is a major user concern. A μCP technique to focus on the deformation effect of different printing time and printing pressure on the microcontact printed structures is revealed in this paper.
