This study examines the intercultural competence of ELF teachers at University of Economic and Technical Industries, their self-report in teaching practice and the reflection of their intercultural competence on their teaching. This study adopts a mixed methods research design. Quantitative data are collected through a survey questionnaire from seventeen EFL teachers at University of Economic and Technical Industries. Among them, four teachers participate in the follow-up interviews.
