  • This study examines the relationships between financial behaviors and its determinants among Vietnamese undergraduates, namely, subjective financial literacy, materialism and parental influence, impulsive consumption and financial self-efficacy. By analyzing a sample of 253 students from universities located in Hanoi, Vietnam, the study finds that students who receive more parental influence are more likely to have more planed financial behaviors such as budgeting and saving than their counterparts. Although students who self-perceived as having better financial literacy do not display better financial behaviors than the others, this relationship is mediated by financial self-efficacy...

  • Purpose/Aim: This study aims to investigate factors influencing Vietnamese youth's intention to use P2P lending platforms, facilitating accessibility and comprehension for informed decision-making. Addressing limitations encountered by users, it seeks to empower investors and borrowers. Design/Methodology/Approach: Employing a quantitative approach, the study utilizes surveys to collect data on demographic characteristics, perceptions of social factors, benefits, and risks associated with P2P lending platforms among Vietnamese youth. After that, data was analyzed with SmartPLS software. Findings: The study finds that 3 factors have a great impact intention to use P2P lending platforms...

  • ZnS:Mn- Fe3O4 bifunctional nanoparticles were synthesized by inverse microemulsion method for biomedicine applications. The bifunctional nanoparticles were combined from prepared ZnS:Mn and Fe3O4 nanoparticles in a SiO2 cover matrix. Results show that bifunctional nanoparticles, apart from exhibiting magnetism, have photoluminescence properties, which support the applications targeting biomedicine fluorescent diagnostics as well as magnetic cell sorting or drug delivery.
