Global Supply Chain Management focuses on the logistics, operations management, and purchasing. The course provides an insight of how to manage material and information flow in a supply chain from a global context. Managers aim to provide the highest degree of customer satisfaction at its lowest possible cost. Supply chain management requires the commitment of companies and partners to coordinate closely in generating and taking orders from different global sources. They eventually create an extensive network of global enterprises.
