This study examinedthe relationship between trust and cooperationin an interorganizational level. Aconceptual model was proposed here,whichconsistedof affective trust, cognitive trust, relationship commitment and cooperation. Atotal of 90usable questionnaireswereexploredto test the conceptual model using the exploratory factor analysis, correlation andregression analysisonSPSS26.0in acurrentemerging economy.The study result presented aninsignificant direct relationshipbetween affectivetrustand cognitivetrustwith cooperation.Cognitive trust was highlighted as the foundation for interorganizational relationship while affective trust was emphasized with the stronger impact on relationship commitment, which influenced positively cooperation. Furthermanagerial implicationsfor practices, limitationsand recommendationswere also discussed.
