This thesis examines the Customer Care service of' Viettel. First of all. the
thesis assess Customer Care service quality of Viettel. and then research the
relationship between service quality and customer satisfaction of Customer Care
service's quality.
Data used in making analysis in this thesis was collected from conducting
survey for many Viettel's customers. Based on 200 valid responses from
customers, the study identified five components: price component, network
quality, service quality, new products and services development, and brand
reputation - which constitutes Customer Care service's quality of Viettel.
