  • This paper reports experimental results of a radar system design. In the radar transmitter, a 13-bit Barker code with bit duration 3.24 and various other codes are generated by the microcontroller PIC16F877A, This code is then used to modulate IF 10.3 MHz to become BPSK signal. A stable local oscillator is also designed by PLL, v c o , and PIC16F877A. The operation frequency range of the oscillator is from 800 MHz to 900 MHz with an eưor only about ± 10 Hz. A microwave power amplifier is fabricated with structure of two stages of 45 w and 90 w in case of input 300 mW.   • In this paper, we proposed a design and implementation of a multi-parameters data logging and remote monitoring system for investigating both of electrical parameters and physical ones for indoor and outdoor environments. The task of logging and monitoring parameters are temperature, relativity light intensity and nineteen electrical parameters with storage and transmission of this information in the form cloud storage service to the user’s computer over internet in real-time for in-situ or further analysis.   • This paper presents a data acquisition system which is used to monitor the information of the temperature and the humidity environment and to log these data to the server through GPRS (General Packet Radio Services) network. And then, users could access these data from anywhere when they go to a normal website through the internet network.
