Due to the importance of openness, transparency and accountability in anti corruption, these issues are currently mainly Companies Registry in Vietnam's legal documents on anti - corruption. It also means that the subjects of regulation of Vietnamese law on openness, transparency and accountability are agencies, organizations, units and individuals under the scope of the Law on Anti - Corruption (LAC).
