The characterisices on growing and fruiting of the strain Pleurotus sp. (sporenless strain) were studied on agar medium as well as on sawdust medium. The obtimal temperature for the growing is 25°C and the fully developed fruit bodies on subtrate were identificated after 40 days. Under scaning microscope the mophology of basidium and basidiospore were obseved. In this case there are very few basidiospores produced on the hymelium.
