Tolerance based attribute reduction in incomplete decision tables is a hot topic which has attracted the attention of researchers in recent years. In this paper, we develop a distance based attribute reduction method in incomplete decision tables. The distance between the conditional attribute and the decision attribute has determined based on a partition distance. By theoretically and experimentally, we compare the proposed method with other methods on the time complexity and the obtained reduction.
