  • Giai đoạn nền kinh tế toàn cầu có nhiều biến động 2008-2014, rất cần thiết có nghiên cứu về mối quan hệ giữa chi tiêu công và tăng trưởng kinh tế và hiệu quả hoạt động của khu vực công. Từ đó, đưa ra những đề xuất, kiến nghị nhằm tăng cường hiệu quả hoạt động khu vực công, góp phần thúc đẩy nền kinh tế tăng trưởng. Điều này không chỉ có ý nghĩa thực tiễn đối với các nước đang phát triển trong phạm vi nghiên cứu nói chung và hơn hết có thể áp dụng đối với Việt Nam nói tiêng trong việc giải quyết tình trạng chi tiêu công không hiệu quả và nợ công như hiện nay.

  • We propose in this paper an approach for verifying the com- patibility between components’ ports upon specification. In component software development, ports are the points of interaction between components. The connection between ports must satisfy some constraints. We determine these constraints and propose to use the B method and its support tools for verifying the compatibility between ports in a component model.

  • There are many methods and techniques which have been promoted to develop adaptive hypermedia systems [1]. Our model approach [2], generating adaptive courses based on learner’s profile which learner’s includes background, skills, style...etc. One of important steps in our model is to generate learning path adaptive for each learner. In this paper, we promote an algorithm based on shortest path search algorithm to evaluate learning object (LO) based on its attributes [3] and constructed a Bayesian Belief Network (BBN) to generate learning path for each learner.

  • This research focuses on learning path selection – a part of work in my doctoral research whose goal is to develop an adaptive hypermedia. To generate adaptive learning path for each learner, we base on learner’s profile in which learner’s model is evaluated as well as stored. We have supplemented some attributes of learning object as well as a set of weight for each attributes of learning objects which is basic for selecting learning path process. In this paper, we promote a method to select learning object in order to create learning path for each learner and summary our experiment results.

  • In our previous work, we have built an adaptive course generation system (ACGS) [1] to adapt a learning path for learning goals. In this paper we describe learning activity is represented in the learner model and domain model to teach learners how to get through course content based on learner’s knowledge. Therefore, our model aim is to develop Bayesian Network learner model to manage overlay knowledge model and adapt learning activities based on a task model. In addition, an implementation of this model with the course topic about computer science domain for third year students is also described.

  • More and more projected applications involving autonomous mobile systems (e.g., robots, smart vehicles, MEMS, or mobile sensors) rely on the ability for several nodes to cooperate toward a common goal. For instance, search and rescue, intelligent transport, or unmanned space exploitation all require several autonomous nodes to act as a coherent group. We focus on the mechanisms for cooperation among mobile robots and consider a semi-autonomous gardening system as a concrete illustration to the problem.

  • Most of current software costs estimation approaches based on statistical models appear to be too complicated and hard to apply in reality. This paper proposes an approach to estimate software costs using Case-Based Reasoning (CBR) where the costs of a new project are estimated by firstly retrieving the similar previous project and then adapting its costs to the current conditions. The project is described as an ontology which allows the managers to estimate with various level of requirement analysis. Moreover, the statistical analysis results of the COCOMO model are utilized to reflect the domain knowledge
