The thesis has tried to systematically generalize the content system of the management of State budget spending and to essentially assess of current situation of State budget expenditures management in the District. Through analyzing the current situation of State budget spending management, the author has evaluated the advantages in the management of State budget spending in both contents: recurrent and investment expenditures. Besides the advantages, the author also assessed the shortcomings, in administering the State budget expenditures in Thanh Son district in order to improve State budget management in Thanh Son district, contributing to reducing the annual State budget expenditure; collecting sufficient revenue to ensure regular expenditures and increase accumulation for development investment.
