This dissertation investigates motivational factors for middle management levels in FDI companies in Hanoi. The purpose of this paper is to point out factors that middle level employees in FDI workplace consider, and then raise recommendations for these enterprises. The result will be obtained by analyzing work motivation theories, exploring current status of foreign-invested enterprises as well as the roles of middle level employees, and designing feasible solutions for motivating middle level groups in this kind of business. The study was commissioned by some FDI firms in Hanoi such in various fields and sizes.
