  • A study on the audit quality and factors improved audit quality in the context of Vietnam

  • The analysis show that all four factors having positive effect on audit quality. The research also examined how these factors affect to the audit quality. Furthermore, interaction was the most significant factor affecting auditor’s insight and career experience (39.8%), followed by attitude to career and qualification of auditors/ auditing team at 35.1% and 16.8% correspondingly and professionalism accounted for the lowest rate (13%).

The basic objective of the thesis is based on financial data of Ha Tay Pharmaceutical Joint Stock Company in 2015 - 2017 to calculate and identify indicators that reflect the enterprise’s actual financial capacity, to predict future financial capacity as well as to point out financial risks that business may face. In addition, the research would offer some solutions and recommendations to improve financial capacity and business performance of the company.

  • Impact of capital structure on operational efficiency - Evidence from Vietnam

  • The paper is a contribution to knowledge in the field of corporate finance by way of investigating the impact of capital structure on the performance and efficiency of join stock listed companies in Vietnam. The results confirm that there exists a trongly significant positive correlation between dedt-to-equity ratio and operational efficiency of the sample.
