Abstract

This research aims to achieve the following objectives: Identify necessary competencies of employees at the Sales Division of Habeco. Assess the current competencies of employees at the Sales Division; find out the gap between required and current competencies of employees at the Sales Division and the root causes of the identified gaps in working competencies of employees at the Sales Division of Habeco. Propose recommendations to improve working competencies of employees at the Sales Division of Habeco.
