dc.description.abstractIn theory, the Dissertation has identified the theoretical framework of the evaluation and classification based on the policies and guidelines of the Party, the laws of the State, views and orientations on the evaluation work. classification of Tax Department of Tuyen Quang province. Regarding the situation, the Dissertation has analyzed and assessed the status of the assessment and classification of the level of accomplishment of tasks of civil servants at the Tax Department of Tuyen Quang province in the period of 2015-2018. Regarding the solution, the Dissertation has proposed solutions to improve the assessment and classification of the level of accomplishment of civil servants' tasks at the Tax Department of Tuyen Quang province in the period of 2018-2020. The thesis will provide solutions to improve human resource management through the criteria of assessment and classification of the level of accomplishment of tasks of civil servants, based on that, determine the exact position Job placement, assessment of the ability to suit the job position of each civil servant, help management leaders look at conflicting issues in assigning tasks as well as discovering redundancy in some These parts are lacking in other parts.
