This study explores job satisfaction at Meta Trading and Investment Joint Stock Company, a key player in Vietnam’s commodity trading industry. Using a quantitative approach, data from 104 employees were analyzed with methods including Cronbach’s alpha, exploratory factor analysis (EFA), multiple regression, and Pearson correlation. The research highlights the management system and work environment as the primary factors influencing job satisfaction. Effective leadership, transparency, workplace safety, and a collaborative atmosphere emerged as crucial elements. Recommendations include enhancing management practices, promoting a supportive work environment, and providing growth opportunities. These actions can boost job satisfaction, improve performance, and reduce turnover, contributing to Meta’s long-term success.
